Upcoming Album and Tour in Brazil | Narnia News & Updates
We had the opportunity and the pleasure of exchanging a few words with Jonatan Samuelsson, Narnia’s bassist, in this opportunity he told us about the current situation of the Swedish band, about the new album and above all, about the future tour they will do in Brazil with Stryper and Bride.
First of all, he told us about Narnia’s current situation and what they are working on. According to what he told us “At the moment we are finishing the songs for the new album and preparing for the tour in Brazil more some shows in Sweden. We will add more dates soon”, discarding completely, at least for the moment, that the band will play again in Argentina or other countries of the region in 2025. Let’s remember that Narnia has already performed three times before in Buenos Aires. This has more to do with a personal and family issue for the members of Narnia, as Samuelsson explained that “We were offered the opportunity to join Stryper on their tour in Brazil this summer. Since the tour fell during our family vacations, we did not have the opportunity to extend the tour to more countries this time. However, we should follow up the upcoming album with a major tour in Latin America to more countries.”
Regarding the new album, Jonatan Samuelsson told us that “No album title or release date has been decided for the album yet. Right now we are in the process of writing the final lyrics and melodies, so we have a few song titles left before we decide on an album title. As it stands, there will be ten tracks on the album and musically our listeners will not be disappointed. This could very well be our absolute best album ever! Several new Narnia classics are starting to crystallize and we are eager to share them with our listeners both on record and live.”
