“Grand Mosaic Tour 2027” Will Tour Europe Alongside Sunburst And Signum Regis | Theocracy Announces Tour
Over the years, Theocracy has proven to be a rather unique band, so to speak. It doesn’t seem to follow the music industry’s guidelines or do what it’s supposed to do commercially.
In fact, their latest studio album is “Mosaic”, released in 2023, but Theocracy decided to embark on a tour to promote that album nearly four years after its release—which seems like an awfully long time. In any case, the important thing is that the band will finally go on tour to officially present the excellent “Mosaic,” an album we had the chance to review back in the day.
Surprisingly, the announcement read as follows: “The Melodic Metal and Power Metal band Theocracy returns to Europe in 2027 with the ‘Grand Mosaic Tour 2027.’ The American group will kick off its new European tour on Friday, March 5, at the Nieuwe Nor in Heerlen. In addition to the Netherlands, Theocracy will visit Belgium, France, Germany, and Switzerland.”
It’s also noted that, in addition to songs from “Mosaic,” the band will include classic tracks from their previous albums in their setlist.
The only performances Theocracy had given since the release of their latest album were one-off appearances at festivals such as “Epic Fest.” Although the band has toured Europe regularly, this will be their first time performing in Belgium and France.
“We are thrilled to bring the Grand Mosaic Tour to Europe next year! It’s always an honor to return and play for the loyal fans who have supported Theocracy from the very beginning, and we’re also excited for the chance to play Belgium and France for the first time”, the band commented. “You can expect to hear the songs you love from all five albums, and we can’t wait to journey through our musical history with new friends and familiar faces. See you there!” the band posted on social media.
But Theocracy won’t be alone on this crusade. They’ll be joined by Sunburst, the Greek Progressive Metal band that counts the well-known Gus Drax—formerly of Suicidal Angels—among its ranks, and is currently promoting its latest studio album, “Manifesto.”
Also joining the lineup are the Slovakian band Signum Regis, who are set to release their new album titled “Beyond Spacetime” on October 9 via Fireflash Records—an album we’ve already discussed in detail, which promises to be one of the band’s most significant releases in recent years. In fact, they’ve been releasing several singles as previews of what promises to be a tremendous album. We’ve already had the chance to hear “Beyond Spacetime” featuring Tasos Lazaris, as well as “Echoes Of Glory,” “Back To Zero,” and “Throne Of Gold” featuring none other than Matt Smith, the vocalist for Theocracy. Will he also be part of Signum Regis’s set to perform that song with them? Their latest single is “Time To Pay” featuring Tim “Ripper” Owens—a tremendous display of pure Heavy Metal!!!!
