Boanerges Releases Its First Official Music Video Ever | Paying Off a Pending Debt
Boanerges had a fairly quiet 2025, one might say. After an eventful 2024, in which they not only released a new album (“Inconsciencia”) but also added a major tour of Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Colombia, and Ecuador to their official presentation in Buenos Aires, the band opted for a break this past year, except, of course, for their guest appearance on the American band Skillet’s show a few months ago.
It seems that it is time to get moving, and what better way to start than by doing something that the band has never done in its more than 30 years on the scene: releasing an official video clip. In this case, Boanerges chose “Cambios de ADN” as the promotional single from their latest album, which ultimately became their first official video ever.
In “Cambios de ADN,” we see the band playing in dark scenes on a stage where emptiness seems to be gaining ground. In 4K format and with the professional touch that characterizes everything Boanerges does, the video clip in question shows the band in all its glory, performing one of the songs from “Inconsciencia,” in which Boanerges emphasizes the stylistic changes proposed by their latest album.
This new work was filmed on November 14, 2025, at “Buffalo’s Music” in the Agronomía neighborhood of Buenos Aires, Argentina, under the direction of Leonardo Chiarenza.
Regarding the band’s future and upcoming projects, Marcelo Rodriguez, Boanerges’ bassist, told us a while ago that “…We have some projects that will surely be seen on the band’s official social media and channels. Boanerges has never been known for releasing albums in quick succession, nor are we concerned with the number; we always aim for creativity. We believe that there is a time for inspiration, change, and maturation of both the lyrical and musical material.”
With one of the surprises the band had in store for the end of 2025 now revealed, can we expect much more from Boanerges in 2026? Only time and the band itself will tell. In the meantime, the video for “Cambios de ADN” is now available to watch, share, and enjoy more than once….
