“WAR” Will Be His Second Album And Will Be Released In 2026... | Apostullus Prepares For War
Apostullus, a band originally from Brazil, is preparing what will be their next album, which will be their second record production. According to Daniel Moura, the band’s drummer, this new work will be titled “WAR” and will be released in 2026.
For those who don’t know Apostullus, the band plays high-quality classic and melodic Heavy Metal. Formed in 2008, with their own style and unique identity, they have a positive message in their lyrics, thus affirming their own essence and ideology.
They have one album, “Decisâo,” released in 2015, which is sung entirely in Portuguese. This album is a high-quality production, which in a way reminds us of the old and beloved Angra. Their sound is Melodic Metal with the power and energy of more traditional Heavy Metal, and according to their drummer, Daniel Moura, they have many influences, mainly Stryper, Iron Maiden, the aforementioned Angra, Dio, and even Dream Theater, among others.
Over the years, Apostullus has gained prominence on the scene, touring and participating in various festivals, and sharing the stage with great bands such as Sepultura and the aforementioned Viper.
Let’s remember that in 2022 they were invited to participate in the album “Parte De La Historia” in tribute to the legendary Argentine band Boanerges, covering the song “Mente Suicida” with the participation of Gabriela Sepúlveda, vocalist of The Sons Of Thunder, for which they released a video clip.
During 2024/25, the band toured several cities in Brazil on a tour entitled “Rock Chronicles.”
Apostullus is formed by Will Oliveira on guitar, Zinho Malagueta on vocals, Wagno Moura on bass, Daniel Moura on drums, and Marcos Cardoso on keyboards, an explosive combo that demonstrates strength in every song the band plays.
Now comes the time for what will be their second album, which will be titled “WAR”. This album is unique in that it will be sung entirely in English and will be released in 2026. The album promises to be a great production.
As a preview of what this second album will be like, Apostullus has released two singles this year. So, on the one hand, the song “Heart” is now available, in which the band continues to focus on traditional and melodic Heavy Metal with great emotion and strength.
That’s not all, because they also released a great video clip for a song that, hand on heart, reminds us a lot of the fierce style of Ronnie James Dio. The song in question is “Inside A Labyrinth,” a mid-tempo track with powerful riffs and a fiery melody that is one of Apostullus’ best, and which gives us a preview of what is sure to be a great album!
